If for any reason you do not receive your package, we will cover the cost of the reshipment.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details

• We will cover any duties or import fees.
• We label all our packages as low-value “Gifts” to avoid incurring import taxes.
• Most of our products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.
• We will provide a tracking number by WhatsApp or Email.
• It takes up to 2 days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company’s website.
• In some countries, packages may be delayed while they clear customs.
